Every point he made was a doomsday predicition based on opinion. At the bottom of the article it even says "Keywords: OPINION".

Not once was a point made that "our roads are falling apart" or "our bridges are crumbling". Not once was a point made that our infrastructure was currently in bad shape. That article was just a prediction based on opinion.

I would pick any northeastern state over FL.

FL is just not me in any way shape or form,
The weather, the culture, the schools, and the lifestyle... I'll take PA, the Philly area to be exact

This is getting too funny. I could google the same thing...you can find just about anything you want:

Interesting reading in reference to Pennsylvania's infrastructure (bridges, roads)..

CNN.com - Transcripts

The difference I see is that Florida is looking to Florida taxpayers to fix their problems, while Pennsylvania is looking for federal involvement and U.S. taxpayers to help fix theirs...

Added bonus while researching:

Paris Hilton Is An Alien « Grassy Knoll Institute

No one was claiming that Pennsylvania's infrastructure with perfect or new like the Florida supporters were bosting about Florida. All I did was prove them wrong.

There is only one problem with all the analysis of Pennsylvania vs Florida.... Florida is gaining population while being rather costly to live in while Pennsylvania is stagnent while being cheaper.... scoreboard

I choose Florida becuase there is more opportunity as a whole. I like pennsylvania as it is my favorite NE state, but the state unfortunately is not doing to well

Are you serious? Pennsylvania is doing alot better than Florida in these economic times. Florida is in an economic disaster, especially with the next wave of forclosures.

Do you realize what you are saying? People do not move to places where there are no opportunities. Florida is growing fast and Penn is stagnant, why do you think that is?

Those that are moving out are not outpacing those moving in... and those that do move out sure as heck are not moving to PA, they are probably going to the Carolinas and tennessee (halfbacks) or Texas

Have any proof of that? I have met many former Floridians in Philly and many left because of lack of career opportunities and low wages, that seems to be the norm in Florida.
