Idk about that, if Miami is built up as planned it should definitely hold on to the #3 spot as it does now. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y61...futureMIA2.jpg they are still not sure about those 2 very tall buildings that resemble the world trade center's, but everything else is a go.

why do people keep saying that LAs is pathetic?

Obviously, western development patterns has caused dowtowns and cities in general to be much less dense as east coast and midwest cities...

San Fran is just dense because of its geography.

LA's high rises are all bunched together and very tall. Makes it seem really cool, especially with the mountain backdrop. Plus you have the wilshire BD right there with it's own impressive skyline

Only partly. Moreso because it highly developed in the 1800s

LA's nice, beautiful with the mountains backdrop I think, and the individual buildings are better looking. But SF's looks better overall with density, more buildings, a more big city type feel to it, and the bay definitely adds to it. Oh, and the pics for SF's future look awsome.

I'd say.....that overall it's a tie....with a slight edge for beauty to San Francisco.
