I think it's hard to top Florida, considering Miami is The Capital Of Latin America. But it there is a state that CAN top Florida it would be TX, or maybe CA.

I've never been to Miami but i bet they got the best looking latinas around, from what i've seen in NYC they got some nice looking Puerto Ricans especially. Give my props to Jersey( Newark in particular) too. But here in Newburgh they OK too, just ya average though.

In meening alot of beautiful and Hispanic/Latina women I say Florida but I have seen some hot hispanics and latinas here in Mass
