I was referring to the Cowboys owner, not the Rangers'. I don't know much about Hicks to be honest, but Jones is your typical is your typical Texas billionaire cowboy who probably loves Fort Worth. We're not talking LA/Riverside here. Besides, last I heard, Hicks was looking a selling the team to a new owner anyway. I don't know if that's still going to happen. Also, most of the owners probably live in suburbs in between the two cities, not Dallas. That's where the bulk of the multi-million dollar homes are.

Also, the team manager needs to be spending his money to keep all of the young talent on the team rather than building a new stadium.
It doesn't take long for teams to start whining about a new stadium...the Falcons owner is currently pressing the city of Atlanta for a commitment to build a new stadium to replace the Georgia Dome - also built in 1992. It's crazy...the Georgia Dome is fabulous.

Jerry Jones is from Los Angeles California , and is a "play time cowboy"
(and) not one of your legit texas cowboys , and no one knows where he
lives...because he doesn't want anybody to know.

Being from Louisville this may be biased but I think it is being looked over because we do not have a professional sports team and located in Kentucky which is generally looked over, however the city has a decent population size of 1,244,696. It is also home to UPS world hub (largest UPS hub in the world) which is a major player in the global market. Most do not even know what Louisville looks like so here are a few pics..what do you guys think do we have potential?

NO...all the owners live in the Dallas area...Jerry Jones lives in Highland Park....Tom Hicks lives further north in Preston Hollow on a few acres right behind a huge wall backing up to the Dallas North Tollway. He's actually a neighbor now of George W Bush. And I believe the bulk of the multi-million dollar homes are still in either Highland Park/University Park or Preston Hollow (Roger Staubach, Ross Perot, T Boone Pickens, and Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks, along with many others).

First of all, I'd like to say that those are some very awesome photos and I hope KCMO gave you permission to use them (they are all his).

As for your question, I do believe that Louisville has potential. However, is that potential greater than Denver, Seattle, Portland, Nashville, Raleigh/Durham, Charlotte, Austin, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus etc? NO.

Is that potential greater than Detroit, Birmingham, Jackson Miss, Buffalo, Flint Michigan, Baghdad, and Calcutta (LOL)? YES
