I'll start:
1. The northeast has the best sports fans. And I like the cold...
2. Unlike alot of cities - Buffalo is very clean with great landscaping. It doesn't have the greatest economy but it will come back. Cheap housing, Pro sports, 15 min commute to Canada, Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill, Intense night life, and chicken wings make it worth the while.
If you don't know what "Clifton Hill" is... its the skyline nearby Buffalo that consists of hotels, casinos, clubs and fun houses.. (in Canada)
