I resent that Dallas comment. I live on the other side of the Metroplex, but don't call North Texas: South Oklahoma..... Hank Hill.
BTW, it's not just northerners bashing the Texas cities..... just think of all the Californians who come here just to complain.
Funnily enough I actually thought of that one before I had even seen that episode. I just have a bit of a grudge against Dallas ever since I stayed at a hotel there and found upside down Longhorn hats for sell in the gift shop there.
And trust me I know. I have listened to my fair share of Californians here in Austin complain. But just speaking in terms of CD they are pretty mild. Not like the northeasterners here.

Anyway, since we are close to Oklahoma, we do see alot of Sooners fans here. Just like with LSU fans in Houston. And I'm not sure about El Paso, but I think they get some New Mexico gear there..... I guess.

Dallas - never been, other than a night out in the outer 'burbs

Las Vegas - the Strip and endless suburban developments
Seattle - ferries
New York: Fun, culture, shows, power, endless things to do (where I grew up)
L.A.: smog,
Chicago: fun, music, windy, cold, Oprah,
Houston: Humidity, men with cowboy hats
Phoenix: cactus, desert, flat
Miami: latin culture, beaches, fun
Dallas: Dallas Cowboys
Las Vegas: gambling, cheesy look to it (sorry!)
San Francisco: hills, trolleys, Golden Gate Bridge
Seattle: Rain, Rain, Rain, and Frasier
