All of my favorite major cities have one thing in common, they are all urban and not from the sunbelt:

1) New York City
2) Philadelphia
3) Boston
4) Washington DC
5) San Francisco
6) Chicago

I do like Chicago, Atlanta (home), Orlando (vacation), Philly (future?), NY (vacation), D.C. Metro (future?), Cincinnati (almost like a second home), New Orleans (vacation) and Miami (great vacation spot).
