Florida is better living if you are upper middle class or rich, by a long shot.

If you are poor or lower middle class, Texas can be better.

Not by much? Are you serious?

Miami is more diverse than Houston by a long shot. Full of Europeans from Italy, France, Germany, Spain, etc in Miami Beach, Houston has very few.
That's right. Europeans. We know Houston lacks in that. Now why don't you mention the amount of Asians that are in Houston? Or a group where Miami lacks in.

Go look where rich Europeans, celebrities, Wall St bankers, etc buy properties.

Rice is 17 on USNews, UMiami is 47 (UT-Austin is 45 so you see it's not a bad place to be), for undergraduate.

For graduate school the gap becomes slimmers (UM has a very prestigious medical school and the best law school in Florida. Rice doesn't have either. Business Schools are comparable. Engineering and science goes to Rice.)

No, also for living (as in things to do outside of work). If you are wealthy or upper class especially. You got the beach, the palms, the canals, etc what do you have in Ft. Worth?

I don't care where rich Europeans, celebrities, Wall Street Bankers buy property. That has nothing to do with my question. Your comment isn't based on anything other than subjectivity or preference.

Also 17 and 47 is pretty much a large gap.
