Lower cost of living = less demand

Better place to live for people like you who have no money I guess.

Bad manners is driving only pickup trucks and huge SUVs. Actually, that's also amazing ignorance.

The majority of the cars you see in FL are also SUVs and pick up trucks.

Lots of Filipinos too, I'm Vietnamese myself.
The Asian population is South Florida seems to be growing pretty quickly. My wife is Vietnamese American and we moved down here from Denver because we both like tropical weather and this is as close you can get to Vietnam's climate in the continental US. We were kind of concerned because Denver has a huge Vietnamese population, but there are a good number of Vietnamese people in Palm Beach County. We grow jackfruit, longans, all the tropical fruits. There's a new market here that's as big as anything in Denver, but it's a mix of Asian and Caribbean/Latin stuff. It's cool to see Vietnamese people, Jamaicans, and Haitians all shopping together. South Florida is a very unique, vibrant place. It has its downsides, but we love it. Florida is kind of off the beaten path, but I think more Asians are coming.
