- Austin - Hipsters, state capital, indie/alt music, colleges, new/shiny, flat, lakes nearby, Alex Jones (crazy, unhinged dude)

- San Jose - Tech, suburbia, SF's little sibling, Silicon Valley

- Atlanta - Coca Cola, The Walking Dead, traffic, hip hop, hub of the South, ATL as an abbreviation, massive airport, logistical hub for trucking and rail, southern accents

- Denver - Mountains, Coors beer, moose, skiing, large airport in the middle of nowhere, expensive, cows

- Detroit - Auto industry, decline but maybe hopeful rebuild, what America used to be, blue collar workers, rust belt, Beverly Hills Cop, the 1950's / 60's cars and peak of American auto manufacturing, the good ole days, dilapidated houses, major bridge / trade route with Canada, the Pistons, GM's headquarter center. I weirdly always picture Detroit in its heyday of the 1950's when I think of it.
