L.A. skyline for me. Two of Philly's tallest are pointed and look too much alike imo. I love LAs varied heights and colors of its tallest and honestly in person its bigger and more substantial imo. I remember driving into dt Philly from the airport and just looking at it as you're driving towards it, it seemed rather small.

Agree 100%.
I've said this countless times, but everyone behaves as though it is but a figment of my imagination. I do think Philly has a nice skyline, particularly via aerial vantage point imagery, but in person I was left looking for the rest of it.
Philly seems rather small to me..I like the skyline and all, but it just isn't significant to me. I don't see why the skyline is praise so much. I really like LA and think that LA has a fanstastic skyline. Who cares if it doesn't match up with the cities population? The skyline looks great, and its actually alot larger in person. If you were to add in the other skylines around the city proper of LA, I don't think that This thread would have even been created.
Back on topic...LA has a much prettier skyline. I honestly do love the nice skyscrapers in Philly, but LA just seems way larger, and alot prettier.
