I know that. Those areas are also fairly urban and dense as well.

I chose Miami. I'm suprised so few did.

If were talking Metro area and not city I'd choose Miami. I'd choose someplace right near the beach with a laid back attitude.

There's a reason Los Angeles has severe forest fires every year: It has no shortage of trees and plants. And L.A. is known for it's hills...

There's plenty of green in LA but the real reason is that theres been droughts and those grren brushes just turn into dry crap.I think the reason for the fires is the Lack of rain. Where's the el-nino we need it.

Damn...my three favorite cities. I went with Miami simply because I love the beaches.

Miami because I love beaches. I really need to visit though.

But really, I could live in any of the three I think. A combination of the three would be the best city in the world. The mountains and topography of LA, warm tropical beaches of Miami, and urban lifestyle of NYC would make the perfect city.

Los Angeles is the densest urban area in the country. The density level in the Los Angeles basin remains approximately the same as u leave the city limits of LA. If you look around the entire LA basin as a whole, you see much denser suburbs where houses are sprawled next to each other with small backyards.

In New York, the density is in the city and areas in northern NJ. Venture out in Long Island and the hilly terrain of northern NJ...u see GREEN suburbs that are less dense than those in the Los Angeles basin.
