Pittsburgh, and pittsburgh is actually taller than minneapolis because its U.S steel tower is the 37th tallest building in america. Minneapolis's tallest is 47th just pointing it out. Not to take away from it just stating a fact. Also pittsburgh is dense but if you were ever to visit like I did you would see it acyually streches over a lot more ground in the surrounding area take oakland for example.

And yet it has less buildings and square footage.....hmmm.
