My point is that you can not compare a metro area like Miami to anything in Florida. The Miami area has a totally different culture and crowd then can be found anywhere in Florida. Honestly Miami feels like a whole different state when you have been to Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville. Miami has a carribean feel while the other cities feel like you are definetly in the south.

I understand what you are saying. What Im saying is, how does that have anything to do with people being outside in FL. The weather is pretty much the same in the cities, no one was talking about which ones are simular and which ones arent.
