Fremont has a much nicer housing stock, much better schools, lower crime, far superior climate, is much more racially and ethnically diverse and is far wealthier than probably most of the cities in the Top 25.

Most people aspire to live in such a place.

It does seem like a pretty cool place, but I still think many of the cities on the list are more desirable.

Riots are an uncommon event (in most places)...to act as if they are apart of day-to-day life is absolutely absurd.
Funny, because Cleveland's Hough neighborhood burned down in riots.. there were police killings, etc.. but no one remembers that

But most recently there have been riots in Toledo and Cincinnati..

YouTube - Toledo race riots

YouTube - Cincinnati Race Riot 2001

Don't remember?!

Interesting list.

For the most part, these are some of the best cities to live in.

However, LOL, at some people thinking that a second-tier American city, is comparable to Paris - one of the major alpha class world cities. Man, that was a good belly laugh. XD
