I'm not actually going to even bother doing that one poster already did it for me..I looked up Boulder and they cited 388k..the Daily Camera(local news paper states routinely much higher for example..

Exactly...for more info..on this people should simply go to Google and type in "how accurate is Trulia.com.'".your answers will be abundant and pretty straight forward..ask your local real agents if they think it's accurate..when they stop laughing they will reply..

Actually in this area every single house and property transaction is public domain and is even listed in the paper once a week. Buyers, sellers and the amount. Trulia isn't even close in what the actual average selling price is. They are quoting averages for asking prices on the parcels they have access to, not all the properties in an area. A limited number of properties in a data set is going to skew the numbers horribly.

My arguement with Final Cut is only in pure sales price, not psf..if you look at my posts..I have always pointed out that NYC ON AVERAGE has higher psf than Aspen..But Aspen is simply more expensive as far as AVERAGE sales volume price..Actually bIG city Guy..I couldn't care less either way really..I am just tired of hearing some blatant inacuracies//lore by Finalcut as reality..I didn't bother responding to his claim that NYC had the highest psf. in the world as well..even though I knew ALL the facts you just posted..Thank you for this post I will read the article..looks intersting

You country guys are so funny. You can't provide any info or link to info that contradicts trulia.com so all you can do is wine.
Just show us the money. Show us a respectable website that provides actual sales data that significantly differs from what Trulia.com is showing. Untill you do that we will simply assume that Trulia is accurate.
Anyways, Aspen is less expensive, even though much smaller than Hamptons. Isn't that great, Aspen, the "playpen of the rich and famous"

Average sales volume price, psf... Why don't you face reality and admit that Apsen is not only Cheaper than Tribeca but Hamptons as well?
I provided info and links to Trulia.com which you disputed as innacurate although were not able to provide any other actual sales info.

Blatant innacuracies? All I hear from you is hearsay and not a single piece of data to support your absurd thesis. Be a man and admit defeat.

Yeah but if you think about it what is the average home size of aspen compared to NYC. In nYC its probably small and none to some land. In Aspen its probably bigger homes and huge yards. Plus with a population of 6000 its not going to lower the average as much as a city with nearly 9 million people.
