Meh, I don't think it's as equal now as it was a couple of years back. Dallas seemed to gain a lot more upscale stores than Atlanta has.

Yeah Bal Harbor is no joke. Heck you can even throw Boca Raton Mall in it, about 45minutes north of Miami in Palm Beach County.

Village at Merrick is also no joke. A lot of Spanish designers have their only American stores there.
