Myrtle Beach is a dump. This is no comparison. Miami Beach swim billions and trillions and jabillions of circles around Myrtle Beach.

One could have said that about South Beach 30 years ago and now it rocks 7 nights a week as a beautiful Art Deco area.

Miami Beach: great water, nice skyline, beautiful people, diverse peopple, international spot, world famous night life, famous restaurants everything. Miami Beach and Myrtle Beach they have two things in common they have a beach and their initials are MB that's it.

For me, Miami Beach.

However, these two cities have nothing in common except for the fact they both lie on the Atlantic Ocean.

Also, they cater to entirely different demographics and ages. I'd imagine if I were had a family, Myrtle Beach would be great, but I'd be bored to tears if I were single and accustomed to more cosmopolitan settings.

Not saying one is better than the other, but they couldn't be more different.

Why is this a competition? As far as the Eastern Seaboard goes, I don't think any beach ranks up there with Miami Beach.
