ya know, every major city has areas of high crime and blight. Philadelphia is not alone in this regard.

You should really visit sometime. Its not what you think.

He is right Boston has bad sections like Blue Hills ave, Roxbury, parts of Dorchester

Hey buddy, My cousin lives in east Mt. Airy.... According to Philadelphians this is a nice, clean, safe, family friendly part of town. When I got their it was a filthy run down dump packed with drug dealers. He lives on Sharpneck and chew ave. If this is considered nice by you guys, then I can imagine what the rest of your town looks like.

Im not from there-but I have been there and my experience was very nice. Maybe it was the places you went to?

Dude, their where kids smoking weed in plain view outside on the door steps and cops would just drive right by. The place was a hell hole.

There were even freaking Police cameras with flashing lights on the telephone polls.
