The south in general has high obesity rates because of the poverty that exists there. But. along with that, it also has more than its fair share of good looking women. They're not all poor and fat. If that's all you saw in Houston, you were definitely in the wrong part of town.

I remember when I rent to Reno... whoa! It may have been mostly tourists but a lot of hot women in the casinos, and yeah they were virutually all white.

Are you basing your information off Men's Fitness magazine? Because guess what cities are ranked higher than Houston this year... Miami and NYC at #1 and #5.

In the end though, I only take their rankings for a grain of salt.
