Where would you rather live? The Pacific Northwest (Seattle, Portland, Vancouver) or the Bay Area (SF, Oakland, San Jose).

Only the cities you mentioned or the regions as a whole?

If the latter, then definitely the PNW only because it's larger more geographically diverse and more encompassing.

Well the geographical boundary area of those cities was what i meant, just to give an idea I wasn't including Sacramento or anything.
