Yes, all of the above, plus Maplewood, West St Paul, Columbia Heights, Bloomimgton and even Apple Valley, Eagan and Burnsville.

It's Chi & Milw's proximity to Lake Mich that moderates their weather rather than their latitude. Seattle is at a much more northern latitude than Mpls, but they have more temperate weather due to their proximity to the ocean.
