I noticed a few small hills in Orlando and Tampa, not big rolling hills but they're there, it is primarily flat though.

The flattest metro is probably in Texas/Oklahoma/Kansas/Florida.

Can't speak for the rest of Kansas, but Kansas City hardly has a level spot. Lot's of rolling hills, good sized ones even, especially on the Missouri side. The southern parts of the metro aren't as hilly, but not completely flat at all, either.

The flyover at the Golden Glades Exchange is the highest point, you can see Downtown Miami from there and that is 10 miles away.

By the way Miami is 6 feet above sea-level.

Northeast Kansas is very hilly- see Kansas - Flint Hills

Wichita, in South Central Kansas is very flat.

I always thought Chicago was flat as a pancake but I only lived in the city.
