NJ is not even close to being urban all the way through. Lots of forest land once you get outside of northern NJ. Very pretty.

yea, it has the highest population density, but it being a small state has a lot to do with it. There are still very very large parts of non populated areas with forests.

Have you even been to upstate NY? You do know that there's more to NY than NYC, right?

Ummmm I have family in Albany. NYS is ok but NYC is what makes the state. I'd rather live in NJ.

You're talking about a city that's extremely small in comparison to the entire state. NYC is the total opposite of upstate--where there's the Adirondacks, Niagara falls, Amish country, etc.

Upstate NY is aboslutely goregeous. Take that from a NYC native who had never been been out of Manhattan for the first 30 years of my llife.

HOWEVER, after living in Florida for 2 years, I would give my right eye to live anywhere in the NE right now, You don't know what you've got til its gone.

I'm well aware of the mountains, waterfalls and weirdos, but I still am going with NJ...
