I just want to throw this out there. Based on stats from the US Census, St. Louis' African-American % has decreased in the last few years and the Caucasian, Asian, and Hispanic %'s have all increased. I'm not trying to start racial crap here but just making an observation from an obvious trend from dangerous cities. So, you fill in the blank, I can't see St. Louis crime getting any worse.

I don't think crime in places like Detroit has anywhere to go but down.

Well as far as increasing crime...You have to go with New Orleans and Detroit IMHO. I would not venture a guess as far as crime dropping in any given cities. Also is this violent crimes...all crimes etc.???
