Your of way of determining which skyline is better is just weird. Neither PHX or NO have similar skylines, and one is obviously more dense than the other.

You judge them based off how they look standing alone; not by how much they'd affect another skyline if mixed in with another.

Yes the airport is a huge reason why we don't have huge skyscrapers, but we are still allowed to build taller than what we currently have in certain areas.

New Orleans win this hands down and throw in that fact that Phoenix is one of the largest cities in the nation makes it worse IMO.
