To me the only tier 1 world class cities that offer anything a true city can offer in America is New York City and Chicago.

After those two I would definitely include, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington DC. From my experience.

NY
LA

CHI
DC
Maybe Boston because it has urban shopping and its so old.

I consider Washington DC to be world class.

All pictures are mine, I took them last week. I'm not the best picture taker in the world, please excuse me in advance. I love my new home.
