San Francisco in a heart beat. I just think Houston would be to bland for me.

Houston, for culture? Really? If you like middle American culture and BBQ, I suppose so.

But public trans is the one that isn't debatable. One can live-- not very easily-- without a car in SF. The same absolutely cannot be said of Houston.
Are you serious???? This statement deserves no feedback because you obviously don't know nothing about Houston.

Hm, maybe you should visit sometime.

Not even bothering with voting. Apples to oranges if there ever was.

This should be the mother of all blowouts (MOAB)!

SF by 10 Trillion miles. And it still isn't that close.

Sorry.

Sorry.

Everyone knew it would be because on CD people only like density, cool summers and scenery which are really the only things that SF wins in here

Exactly.

I personally like a mixture of high/mid/low density in cities (I would love to live in low density though), hot Summers, and scenery.

With respect to what? I like the Houston Zoo over the SF Zoo. As far as the Planetarium it's a tie. Cost of parking 10 times more expensive in SF. Rent is about 6 times more expensive. A condo in SF is totally unaffordable. A $2million dollar condo in SF costs $150,00 in Houston. What's impressive is that the salaries in SF are not that much different than in Houston.
If I had 10mil to burn I would chose Marseilles instead of SF. But since I'm a happy middle class person, I am satisfied here in Houston.

Better economy, better medical facilities, better politics, better people (people that don't walk around thinking they are better than others), prettier people etc.

SF is nothing more than a city with an inferiority complex to LA and NY. San Jose is the real reason why SF is even relevent anymore
