The first time I'm hearing about either.

While the one in Dallas looks bigger and probably has more to it, the buildings in Charlotte look much more architecturally impressive to me. I want to visit that African American cultural center they have......wonder if Dallas will do something like that

It opens in October and it will be absolutely wonderful. I hope to be there for the grand opening.

Dallas on this one. It looks awesome. I am blown away by what they've done. It looks spectacular. I might fly down for the October opening event.

I have to admit that I never really paid a whole lot to downtown Charlotte, but after looking more into these projects I can definitely say they score some major points in my book.

The developments in Charlotte also appear to be a lot more dense and walkable than Dallas'.
