In terms of variety, probably NYC; Chicago/SF/LA in the next tier

The South rules in terms of cuisines/dishes that have come out of that region

Food places that I would like to explore next: Portland Or, Philly

The closest you can get to White Castle in California is buying them at the supermarket or traveling to Texas and having imitation Krystal burgers.

I say San Francisco because of all the seafood and fresh vegetables. Also, there is a huge Asian influence as well as Italian neighborhood (North Beach)

Me too. I remember there was some rumors about MC D's serving breakfast all day, but they issued a release saying they were not pursing the option. Not sure why they haven't caught on; but then again, they are doing well in this environment so i'll give the the benefit of the doubt.

However, they are testing $1 breakfast items.....

Does New York have many Mexicans? Because where you find Mexicans you'll usually find good Mexican food and there are now Mexicans in many parts of the country. For instance Chicago has several Mexican neighborhoods and good Mexican food is easy to find here, I would think the same would be true of New York.

Of course I don't doubt that many "foodies" think they know more about Mexican food than Mexicans do.

I would say the whole Southern part of the US has the best food- from the Southwest to the Southeast-

from the Mexican/New Mexican/Tex Mex cuisine, Cajun cuisine, and Country cookin, I know there aint anywhere else that can even compare

I love Chick-fil-a, we have a few of them here. I didnt eat there for a few years after it opened here cause I thought it was some anti-beef, yuppie type organic fast food joint, boy was I wrong, my girlfriend wanted to eat there one day so we went and I had a bomb a$$ chicken sandwhich, I freakin loved it, add a little hot sauce to it and yummy. Now I eat there often and I even had a couple sandwhiches at the Atlanta Braves game when I was down there last month. They were only $4.50 a sandwhich too so I was happy about that.

Well I am Mexican so I think I have a good grasp of the food lol

So it's easy to find good quality Mexican food on any block in New York? I have actually heard the opposite.
