1) Atlanta- considered the capital of the south...no explanation needed

2) Houston- strong economy, fourth largest city in the country.

3) Miami- gateway to Latin America

4) I would add Dallas but I didn't see it

5-10 In no particular order....New Orleans, Charlotte, Tampa, Nashville, and Raleigh maybe!

Well the main reason i put Charlotte on ther is because it has a strong economy right now and has for a long time the housing economy in charlotte is much different than in other major cities its doing really well also because the strong banking capital there BOA Wachovia and all these other F500 companies and a few F100 companies.
