- Our accents are wicked awesome. I always thought we sounded awful till I moved to LA, and my accent got me laid constantly. I thought you had to have a UK/Irish accent for it to work but no...

- Jealous of NY? HA. They are our adversaries, there is no jealousy. Only spite.

Seriously though, most people in either city could care less one way or the other, it's more a long running joke than anything else.
Thank you that guy is always dissing Boston

Which would be fine if he actually knew what he was talking about and had legit reasons for disliking it. I'll rip on Seattle till Nomar comes home but I have reasons for it.

And on that, Seattle is wicked overrated!

I've seen several posts about Phoenix being boring. With a population of over 4 million, how could it be so boring?

The entire Phoenix metro, with the exception of Tempe. And, I guess, Scottsdale if you're rich or have a lot of undeserving confidence.

Phoenix is the poster child of urban sprawl. Arizona's DUI laws are also very harsh, so a great majority of people choose to not even bother going out.

Columbus, Ohio always seemed fairly boring to me. Very sterile and suburban. Not much character or many unique qualities.
