I can't say it's definitively the most boring, but I'll say that i was in Buffalo for a few months, and that place is dead.

Yeah, it's nothing, but your average small city, nothing special.

Sorry this isn't normal here( it's a aberration), I took two cities with
enormous potential..one was one of my hometown(s) Tulsa and another
a city that I tried to live in , and chronicled their's climbing out of nowhere
(ville) and so Boring "That It's Hurts" to (Attractive American Cities)as far
as Tulsa goes 5 to 10 years Fresno 10 years.

It's not bashing the NE, hell I like DC and NYC. I just think Philly is boring, get over it. It's my opinion and you can't change it.

You are right. I can't change your opinion and am not trying to.

The only thing that I am saying is anyone that thinks a city the size of Philly is boring then they need to examine themselves, it's not the city.

People say the same thing about Houston and Houston is larger than Philly so based on your theory if someone says Houston is boring it would be that person not Houston. Please tell me im correct!

Of course.

Anyone that thinks Houston is boring is mentally insane.

Also, I would like to add that smaller cities can be really boring. I can see that with....... Raleigh, Norfolk, Jacksonville, Sacramento, Providence, etc....... not the big ones though.
