lol most people think NY is a joke??? That's honestly the funniest thing I've EVER heard on C-D. Tell that to the 8 million annual visitors who come here. And the people on this site

We have heard much funnier things from you on CD, however, as you have told us upon finding out things you did not like to hear on here, CD is not representative of the outside world

NYC is a joke to you, but not for the millions of visitors and new transplants we have here If it were a joke, it wouldn't be this expensive. I'm really starting to think you're jealous.

Millions of visitors and transplants in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston and Dallas as well..... most new transplants to NY are foreigners willing to live 10 to an apartment
Check out domestic migration. Many more leaving NY within America than moving there.
Given the fact that I would rather live in a compost heap than Long Island or anywhere in the downstate NY area, I highly doubt that jealous is a word that fits here concerning me.

I find these discrepancies very interesting. All factors being equal; it should follow total population of each state.
I'll agree with you that the discrepancies between population and number of C-D postings are interesting. But I don't think one thing "should" follow the other. More people from one state or another happen to post on C-D; that doesn't necessarily have anything to do with population.
No, you and your boyfriend constantly show us how classless NYC actually is. I always thought it was a very nice city with very nice people. You two have shown me differently.
LOL, they got class compared to the many in South FL. Ever been to Boca Raton? Or anywhere in S FL for that matter.
