Why would you present the same argument hundreds of times? That seems a little excessive. Once is usually enough.

I do agree that WV is a Southern state to an extent. I can understand the argument if someone says it isn't. But Northern WV and Western Maryland probably has more in comment with Eastern Ohio and Western PA than they do with much or any parts of the South. Maybe I'm wrong but hey.

Because people like you don't read through the backlog of the forums? V:

Do you even know how many of these "upper south vs deep south" or "is Narnia a southern state" threads there are?

I mean hell, people don't even read the whole thread they are posting in.

Just the opinion of people around where I'm at in north-east Georgia. Don't noboby freak out, just saying how we look at down here. We consider Deep South: South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama. Some folks will throw in Mississippi. Upper South would be Tennessee. Florida is deep south on the map, but not in culture and ways of life. " North" Carolina's out. As far as the whole Maryland thing, that might as well be Canada.

As crazy as it seems, I can alsmost see why Mississippi wouldn't be considered deep South. It's pretty far West compared to the others, and sometimes is seen as the Western South. Alot of Mississippans in Louisiana and Texas.
