It most certainly IS light rail...look up the definition and you'll find out. Streetcars are considered LRT. It just doesn't fit your "Little Rock is not a city" theory.

I'd hate to live there, but it's a city.

And our city busses look more comfortable than their "light rail."
That looks likea school bus on tracks.

Yes, and look...there's nobody riding it! It's actually 3.4 miles and there is an expansion of 2.5 miles in the planning stages.

It's a heritage streetcar...similar to the ones in New Orleans and other cities. Let's laugh it - that's mature.
