It always seems Nashville (and Tennessee) is almost always under appreciated and represented on the threads about the Southeast. I have never understood why. I thought almost all southerners really like Tennessee? Hell, even most Texans love Tennessee!

It's funny how Atlanta has 9 votes and Orlando, so much smaller, has 1. I knew Miami wouldnt get any votes. I put that one in there for gits and shiggles.

I like TN - especially East TN. I'd live there in a second over Orlando, where I am now. I just forgot about TN for a minute, ashamed to say.

Maybe because the title of your thread says "Which Big city in the south is the friendliest?" and Atlanta and Miami are really the only two cities on the list that most people would consider big. I think it's funny that Mobile has six votes because it's not a big city. I wonder where the voters are from?

That was funny. So it was or wasnt you that voted for Orlando? I was thinking it was a known Orlando lover that probably voted for Orlando.

It clearly states 3 times, "What Southeastern city is the friendliest???" I only referenced "big" city once, and if you'll notice, it's in quotes, AND I also eluded to the fact that some of the cities are big and some are "medium-sized." Who are you or I to say what a "big" city is anyway? See what I mean? I think it's a pretty easy poll - no trick questions involved.

It was. I voted and for Orlando just so I could make a joke about Micky Mouse but then decided not to. But you set me up for the joke and I couldn't resist.
