Having been to all of these except for Hawaii and Alaska I have to say Vancouver. Seattle is a close second. NY and Miami don't have any scenery as they are flat so unless the skyline (none in Miami) is what we are voting for then these 2 shouldn't even be on this list, IMO. Of coarse there are very picturesque areas of both these cities but overall they do not match up to Vancouver of Seattle as these cities have natural beauty visible pretty much anywhere you are in the city.

Theres no skyline in Miami? I could've sworn there was.
Sorry there is a skyline in Miami but the truth is seeing it live and comparing to many others I've seen live, it's not very impressive. I know they are working on it and it's growing but for now... absolutely nothing special. Sorry

Are you kidding me, Miami has beautiful scenery with its lush foliage,it is the only city(Miami metro area) in the lower 48 states that has this type of beautiful foliage and it has the cleanest air in the coutry. Having a flat topography doesn't mean a place is not scenic as Biscayne Bay and the Miami River are beautiful and the beautiful architecture of Miami. Have you been to the Brickell area or Coconut Grove? I love the Little Havana area as it is very lively and colorful.
