Bill Tower????? Ugh if you ment the Williams tower then no, it was built in the 70's and stands around 950' FT, taller than BofA in Dallas. It is said to be the tallest building out of a CBD.

Now this is a good comparison.

Both are essentially the same, but heres my opinion:

Similar facades, but BoA Dallas has those white stripes, which at times doesn't look that good. Makes it give off a suburban office building feel, but you can't really see them all the time, so i dont mind that much. Williams Tower's facade is more subtle. Plus, Williams Tower has these "inverted" sides in addition to its staggering corners.

At night, i prefer Williams Tower beacon over BoA's green tacky lighting.*sorry Dallas residents, i know you've heard that complaint a million times.

Williams Tower has a great top/roof to it with its understated point, while BoA has a staggered roof which is better than a flat top, but Williams Tower is better..

Williams Tower looks more elegant compared to BoA, and thats the best part about it.

Also, Williams Tower is a couple of feet over 900 ft, making it shorter than Bank of America Tower, which makes height the only winning point for BoA Dallas in my opinion.
