Population growth, though slowing a little bit (like pretty much everywhere except Texas), IS growing. Maybe he meant the economy was getting better in Atlanta?

I don't think that's what he ment... After reading thru this whole forum he makes the same statement over and over again that Atlanta economy is going fall...

I think it's just on hold. The cranes are still up.

Dallas seems to be focus on Trinty River Project, Arts district, and Dallas Uptown projects. Its hard to keep track on Dallas Uptown projects.

Nice debate, I LOVE the design of Phillips Arenas with the Atlanta spelling, BUT the American Airlines Center has Victory Park. SOOOOO I guess Ill go with American Airlines Center.
