The city of Fate is dynamic. I've never even heard of city growing more than 200%! 1000+% is pretty darn cool!

That's because there's no need in posting the same crap 50 more times just because somebody didn't get it the first 50 times.

...and no you did not explain how Atlanta's black community is more "well-rounded". The argument pages back was the black mecca thing remember. Some of the posters in this thread make things so difficult and then are the same ones who get frustrated.

I did, but it's obvious that you can't recognize an answer to your question unless it's in a simplistic Q&A format. Sorry man, I'm not here to teach critical reading and thinking skills, and it honestly doesn't even require that much. For God's sake, the answer is in the same post in which I made the claim!!!!!!!!! What the hell more could you ask for??????????????

The questions were more or less answered by Chidalatl and seem to be to Westbank's satisfaction, so can we move on? Seriously...
Lake Lanier or Lake Ray Hubbard? Which lake has better recreational opportunities? Discuss!

O..k.. I'm gonna make a little assumption here and it maybe wrong, but I don't care. After this I'm done with it.
The way I see it, if you felt that the answers to my questions would have supported what you said earlier then you would have had no problem answering them, especially the questions in the middle.
Now you say I can't recognize an answer , yet you can't answer a question in the simplest form. Speaks volumes. Now, if you wanted to get complicated oh I could really spin this crap, but it's a discussion forum.
Now that I see that chiatldal is the only one capable of answering a simple question or choosing to ignore it altogether, I'm done with it.

Seems as though you forgot this post, which actually seemed to placate you because you never responded back. Not to mention the fact that the "well-rounded" specifics were given when I stated--in the same post in which I made that claim-- "I don't think the term 'ahead' is the best to use, but those things give the Black community in Atlanta advantages and make it more well-rounded. And not just HBCU's, but some of the most highly-regarded HBCU's. I'd also throw in the scores of high-profile entertainers and Blacks in political leadership (past and present)." That's the post that you obviously glossed over. So I linked to previous posts that more or less answered your questions, answered your questions specifically, then further explained myself regarding one question in particular--and someone was still complaining. I seriously hope between all of this you have the answers you are looking for because I don't think there's much else that can be said.
So much for your claim that I "can't answer a question in the simplest form."

It seems there isn't much spillover from Mesquite/Sunnyvale into Forney. I saw some newish development along US 80, but it's NOTHING like the growth in the northern burbs of the Metroplex.
Will 35E EVER be widened in Denton County?
|
There has been some spillover. Forney has grown significantly. There were only 5,588 people in the city in 2000 and now they have an estimated population of 12,850 - a growth rate of 129.96%. Sunnyvale has grown by 70.81% since 2000. Around 4,600 people live there. It is an upscale community with homes on larger lots. Mesquite, which is much larger and more built out, managed to grow by 10.70% to 137,850. Through annexation, they were able to extend their boundaries into a small portion of Kaufman County.
You're right that it isn't anything like the growth up north. They have suburbs of suburbs. As Plano became more built out, the rapid population growth and development spread to neighboring cities like Allen, Frisco, and McKinney. Now places further north that were once country towns like Prosper, Celina, Melissa, and Anna are growing and becoming more suburban in character.
Not sure about I35E in Denton County.

No.. I just went on to the weather. I told you before I started with you today that I didn't want to debate anything. Now if you want to finish it DM me and we can keep it going until the world stops turning. As far as discussing it in this thread ::in the deepest NOLA accent:: "Say son, I'm done."

You ought to be now that you see your questions were answered multiple times already, even once by me in your preferred format, but you claimed they weren't. So yeah, move on to the weather....
