Do you mean E. St. Louis? Yes, St. Louis has areas that give Detroit's a run for its money, but St. Louis overall is not that bad of a city.

Here are some really weird areas in Cleveland, pretty much abandoned now. Not really ghetto, considering only 30,000 people live in the sprawled out nothingness. The income is $17k so it's really poor area.
