Which of these two cities do you feel has the most impressive skyline?

Dubai is an extremely campy city.

The architecture is fake/tacky/ridiculous, for the most part (although an A+ for innovation). It is a city built on illusions (not taste) vis-a-vis New York.

With that said, I love Dubai.

Dubai can't touch New York.

Been to both and in person, Dubai is more remarkable. Hate me if you want, the uniqueness alone takes the cake. But NYC is far more vast and larger than Dubai... maybe my familiarity(or my unfamiliarity with Dubai) with NYC is the reason I loved Dubai more. That being said, Hong Kong is favorite.

NYC all day...but it sure would be nice to:

-have the tallest building in the world again
-have the twin towers back
-have at least one of those ridiculous looking designs that a few of the buildings in dubai have.

Never been to Dubai in person, but NYC seems impossible to beat.

It's not. Visit Hong Kong. And Dubai is better to me in a different way. It's just the uniqueness almost oddity of the whole experience. And here is HK below:

^^ Hong Kong!!

I don't know who to vote for here. I'm torn. They are two completely different style skylines. I love and appreciate them both. I guess I'd have to say Dubai. But as far as the urban fabric of the skylines NYC hands down.
