Wow this got out of hand quickly, I guess the Tampa folks have very thin skin. All I said is that based on my 4 day binge in Tampa and getting lost on Dale Marbry, Tampa seemed very white trashy. From what I have heard and as I told you before is that I have only heard great things about Tampa and therefore I will give it a second chance. That's all I said. Plus Tampa isn't too far from The Redneck Rivera. As for the whole where is more white trash located argument, the south takes the cake in this department. Since I have lived in Boca and Louisiana I have seen more white trash than I will ever see in the north and since I am surrounded by yuppies I never see white trash up here in Milwaukee unless I go to West Allis. There wasn't a lot of white trash in Boca of course but Ocala and all through out my travels all over Florida.

BTW: I love Florida and count down the days until I can move back. So don't think I am ragging on Florida or Tampa but their are just more white trash people in the south and it's very obvious although Ohio really makes a strong case for being the "south" upnorth.

You need look no further than your own region if you are going to rip a place as "very white trashy". Look at the houses in your own city. What are you being so thin skinned about buddy? Here's the way it was I think. You labeled Tampa FL as "very white trashy" That's fine Milwaukee City. It's your opinion and you even tried to balance out your insult with a backhanded compliment about others telling you Tampa's a great place.

It included some facts about many citizens of the northern cities (live in urban trailer parks, furniture on porches, people stuck in the 80s, mullets, older model rusted out cars, trixies still trying to look like Paris Hilton, "whiggers" trying to rap about their white plight) Other posters agreed with me. White trash in areas north is even seen in popular culture. What do you think the show Rosanne was about? She lived in some hick town in Illinois. What about Married With Children? They lived in the city of Chicago. Woody on Cheers was white trash from Indiana. Mimi from the Drew Carey show was the ultimate white trash figure. Head up to the Philly Way in Milwaukee. Check out the trash running the counter if they are still there (probably). Go to Real Chili and check out the crowd. What about Miss Katy's Diner? White trash any time I 've been. I was at a Brewers game once at Miller Ballpark where a white trash nutjob was trying to climb the stadium wall next to the ticket booths. What about the suburbs too? Cudahy. South Milwaukee. Yes I know about Milwaukee. I don't know how many trailer parks and white trash corner bars I saw in Milwaukee. Maybe hundreds?

I don't believe that you've ever been to Milwaukee or any of the cities you're talking trash about. Where exactly are you from, since you're obviously too embarrassed to list it on your profile? You only post in City vs City, which makes me think you're just a troll. Either that, or your own city's forum must be really boring. LOL @ Detroit being full of white trash. You're aware the city is 80% Black, right? 60% of Milwaukee residents are minorities and the white people are either college students, yuppies, or recent immigrants from Eastern Europe. FYI, there isn't a single trailer park in the City of Milwaukee. People in Milwaukee don't have furniture or cars parked on their lawns. Comments like that only further validate my suspicions about you. Cities like Milwaukee and MSP are very Germanic/Scandanavian and would never allow such things. In the winter, people get ticketed for not shoveling their sidewalks within a day or two of a snow storm. In the summer, people get ticketed for letting their grass get too long. Do you really think the city would allow people to have trash and old cars on their lawn?

Apparently you have a much broader definition of "white-trash" than most. Sports, piercings, tattoos, hunting, motorcycles, snowmobiles, guns, drinking, smoking, and sex aren't activities enjoyed exclusively by white-trash, I think most men tend to enjoy those types of activities. Also, taking part in the aforementioned activities, doesn't preclude one from enjoying high-brow things like museums, plays, concerts, or nice restaurants. Now you're just making yourself look ridiculous.
