As you're all well aware, much bickering occurs on these boards. We're all guilty of it in one form or another. And whether it be cities being poked fun at, or whole states getting teased, or even entire regions getting slammed, one thing remains true and needs to be remembered: we're all Americans, we're all neighbors, and we'd all stand side-by-side if America ever came under attack.
Philadelphians would stand with San Franciscans.
Phoenicians would stand with New Yorkers.
Houstonites would stand with Chicagoans.
Virginians would fight alongside Alaskans.
Floridians would fight alongside New Mexicans.
Illinoisans would fight alongside Georgians.
So while we have at it here on the C-D boards, lets remember that we're all neighbors, and we'd all defend this country together. If America ever was invaded by a foreign army, Id be proud to fight along side ALL of you. So while we pick on each others' cities here on the boards, lets just be proud of the fact that we're all neighbors sharing one amazing country. Just thought Id share...
Thank you. Sometimes reading these posts about how much everyone despises other places and people, I wondered myself if they see it that we are all just Americans and in one country.
Im very critical of many cities, dont get me wrong, but in the end, its actually kinda silly if you think about it. We're all Americans in the end, all sharing this awesome country. We should be glad its so diverse and unique!

Yes, I think you're critical of Colorado,and yes we have had words,and frankly some of your posts really **** me off..but as a former Army Ranger/91 Delta. infantry men.and explosive specialist( and most important fellow AMERICAN),.. I would have your back as you would mine in the big picture...This country speaks an unspoken collective liberty..DON'T TREAD ON ME ..I get really hot headed on these threads(sorry)..Even though Chicago sucks..just kidding Just don't talk smack about Denver,and we will get along famously..Southern California has been my adapted home for years..love it or hate it..where ever you live..it's home.know what I'm saying..just like Illinois is your beloved state(beautiful state btw). I JUST GET PISSED when I feel people disrespect my home plot of land..know what I'm saying..There is an enemy out there who hates us all NYC,LA,Chicago Ect...
