For me, yes it is. It did take leaving for MANY years and traveling around the Country before I realized that where I was born and raised, was perfect for me though. 10 years ago I would have laughed in your face if you told me I would be back here, VERY happy, and very content to raise my own family here.

No. I live in Atlanta but was born in Nashville and lived there for much longe than I've lived here. I still like Nashville a little more but Atlanta is growing on me as I discover more neat places to relax and visit.
I used to hang out at this coffee shop in Nashville called Bongo Java. It was in a building that was a house at one point and it had an amazing vibe in that whole area.

I liked Chicago and San Francisco more than both Atlanta and Nashville though with Chicago probably edging out San Francisco ever so slightly.

All of this is personal opinion of course.

No, NYC is my hometown but I have a love affair with Sunbelt cities.

Born in Jacksonville but I have no memories. Grew up in Longmont, Colorado and I like it here, but I'd have to say that my preferred city would have to be Dallas, Texas.

Sometimes. There are a lot of places I want to live first before I go back to Portland, but it will always be home.
