I usually defend Houston, but seriously? SB is one of the top nightlife districts in the WORLD.

But there are other parts of South Florida, such as Ft. Lauderdale, Hollywood (the area around the Hard Rock Casino) and parts of West Palm (Clematis St/CityPlace) that have pretty active nightlife as well.

While celebs and fashionistas still flock to South Beach, this isn't the 1990's anymore either. The club scene is a lot more accessible than it used to be in many instances.
EXACTLY. For some strange reason people think that the ONLY nightlife in SoFla is on South Beach. South Florida has night life from South Beach up to West Palm. Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, Hard Rock in Hollywood, Coconut Grove, and many more.

Houston has a very good noghtlife and the downtown is good, but not great
Get over yourself. If you used your reading comprehension skills, you would've read my other post in this thread, you would see that I said that Miami's club scene is a bit overrated. And I couldn't care less about what celebrities go to whatever club. They aren't doing anything for me, and their appearances usually jack up the price of the cover charge. Been there, done that, sent a postcard, won't do it ever again.

Spin this all you want to, but South Beach and Vegas are party destinations, and as a rule, they have more clubs. We can debate about the quality of them all day, but nevertheless, I see that you're even conceding that DT Houston nightlife is "good, but not great". Which I'd be inclined to agree with. But their nightlife scene is in no way, fashion or form comparable to SoBe or LV. Sorry.

Next time you come at me, post like have the sense that God gave you and don't patronize me with foolish arguments.

Also, Houston has two airports and two hubs. It can't be that expensive to fly to Vegas or Miami so you can make a fair comparison.

I feel you, most of the entertainment in Hollywood is on Hollywood Beach(with the exception of Hard Rock Hollywood).

But South Beach and Vegas are more then just a "few" celebrities. People are speaking about these places from there personal experience. These 2 are legit.

.
Realness!

I hate how people will brag about celebrities partying in their cities on here as if that's appealing. They bring nothing special to the club and the parties are usually more tame and dull when they are there.

"More celebrities party in my city than your city". OK?? Is that suppose to be a selling point for your cities nightlife? lol
