No not really. Renton isn't considered on of the nicer areas, neither is Lakewood.

CASE OPEN. Harlem get's disqualified because even at it's current state, it is not the safest black neighborhood in the country, not even close.

I wan't no mention of northern Brooklyn on this thread. Areas like Brownsville, Bed-Stuy, East NY are killing fields. The only NYC poster that had some sense still left in him was the one who mentioned Ft Greene, but I don't know how black that neighborhood is.

Southeast Queens is a nice collection of affluent black neighborhoods (excluding the hell hole that is south Jamaica).

Checkmate, is the northeast Bronx not 90+ % black?

This is a nice, small and mostly Black neighborhood in Buffalo next to the Cheektowaga town line: Census Block Group 004300-4 in Erie County, New York

Woodmore, MD may be the richest close to 100% black neighborhood in the nation.
