I would say Palmer Woods in Detroit is the most appealing black neighborhood in the entire country. It's mostly made up of full-blown mansions.
I also like Ladera Heights and View Park-Windsor Hills in/around Los Angeles. The view and location is unbeatable.
yes yes! Palmer Woods is really nice
surrounding area
Sherwood Forest
University District
Green Acres is also a more affluent neighborhood not far from Palmer woods, couldn't find any pictures though. All of the above are majority black neighborhoods
CASE OPEN. Harlem get's disqualified because even at it's current state, it is not the safest black neighborhood in the country, not even close.
I wan't no mention of northern Brooklyn on this thread. Areas like Brownsville, Bed-Stuy, East NY are killing fields. The only NYC poster that had some sense still left in him was the one who mentioned Ft Greene, but I don't know how black that neighborhood is.
Southeast Queens is a nice collection of affluent black neighborhoods (excluding the hell hole that is south Jamaica).
Checkmate, is the northeast Bronx not 90+ % black?
