Yeah I wonder how a random nowhere town like Green Bay can get a major football team. Its not like its EVER been an important city. Like Pittsburgh used to be an important city now it is a crumbling Rust Belt shell of itself, like all of Pennsylvania.

I would add Dayton Ohio. Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Reynolds & Reynolds (pretty much the defacto supplier of software for just about every single auto dealership in the U.S.), at one time NCR (just moved to Georgia), the maker of the first ATM, Standard Register, it's the birthplace of Mead Co., it is home to Lexis Nexis (who hasn't done a Lexis Nexis search at least once?), plus a ton of other companies that support Wright Patt.

Atlantic City is not really part of another metro, draws an enormas number of visitors and has a tiny resident population.

Wait...Durham is not a part of the Raleigh MSA. Durham is a standalone. Solid choice.
