I've lived in both places. Nashville for 4 1/2 years total and Orlando for 10 years. Just want to see who loves their city the most. I would like to hear about anything from culture, crime, atmosphere, and pride. Anything Nashville or Orlando goes here. The amount of responses to each city should show how much pride there is to live in one or the other.

Personally I have negatives and positives about both, but let's hear what you think locals of Nashville or Orlando....respond also if you have visited both.

This ought to be fun because I have knowledge of both places, and have posted photo albums of both places to....so let's get at it if u care about your city!!!!

Even if you haven't lived in or visited one or the other..make a determination just judging by these photo albums of each city.

ORLANDO!
because its much closer to the ocean, has beautiful palmtrees, fast growing suburbs, beautiful historic neighborhoods and it has warmer winters

I'm originally from Florida (Tampa). There's not enough money in the world to make me live in Orlando. Orlando was a great place pre-Disney. But now it's awful. The city itself is very uninspiring, really just a collection of cookie-cutter suburbs linked together by a very poorly designed road network.

In addition, Orlando summers are oppressive, the roads are clogged unless you want to pay a small fortune in tolls to cross town, roaches are as big as your fist, and the city is full of whiney retirees who complain about how much better things are back up north (not that I necessarily blame them).

I'd much rather live in Nashville with its four very distinct, very beautiful seasons, its close proximity to lakes and waterfalls, its excellent freeway system, its rolling hills, its youthful population, its universities, its non-theme park social scene.

You obviously did not experience Orlando while you lived in Tampa. What you said about Orlando was mostly stereotypes, innacurate info, and over exaggerations.
